With call forwarding you can direct incoming calls to ring on another phone. If your friend is offline but has activated call forwarding you can reach them when they’re away from their computer and best of all it costs you nothing.
How much does it cost?
If you have a subscription you can forward calls to phones within your subscription at no extra cost. To countries outside of a subscription (and if you don’t have a subscription) you’ll pay a per minute rate charged at SkypeOut™ call rates. However, if you’re the one doing the calling, making a Skype-to-Skype call to someone who has their calls forwarded, you won’t pay anything.
To forward your calls without a subscription you’ll need Skype Credit. You call also use your credit to make calls to phones and mobiles and to send SMS directly from Skype.
Now you can forward calls to phones within your subscription at no extra cost. A subscription also includes other great calling features.

How call forwarding works
When you are not online (or if you’re busy and miss the call) you can forward calls to a cell phone or landline.
All you need to do is set up the phone numbers you want your calls forwarded to.
Did you know?
You can forward your calls to more than one phone. Just add multiple numbers and the call will be forwarded to them all, you simply answer which ever you want.
